Policies

Cancellations (including same-day/last-minute as the appointment)

Your appointment is important to me and it's reserved for you, therefore a cancellation fee will apply.

Please give at least a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Clients will incur a 50% charge of the reserved service amount for cancellations. For appointments made within 24 hours and later canceled, a minimum 4-hour notice is required, with the same 50% charge applicable.

No-Shows/Missed Appointments

Clients who miss their appointment without prior notification will be charged the full amount (100%) of the reserved service.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and their appointment time may be shortened to accommodate others, but they will still be charged the full-service fee.

​

Multiple No Shows/Late Arrivals/Cancellations/Reschedules

Clients with a history of more than 2 no-shows or late cancellations must prepay for services in full through the booking system before scheduling any future appointments.

Retail & Refunds

Retail prices may change.

Sales: All retail purchases made during a sale are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.​

Returns: Retail purchases may be returned within 3 days of purchase for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Service Promotions/Refunds/Transfers

New client promotions are provided on a first-come, first-served basis within the stated expiration date. Services purchased for yourself or others through promotions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Expiration dates are final and cannot be extended.
