Appointment Information

While my business name may allude to it, I'd like to remind you that my nail services are not intended to treat or cure any disease or infection. Clients experiencing nail problems should seek medical attention from a physician as soon as possible. Early treatment may help prevent the progression of a nail disorder.

For New Clients

For first-time clients, I do not provide acrylic, hard gel, or dip powder services or their removal.

Please come with completely bare nails, free of nail products or enhancements.

Prior product removal is available for an additional fee. Please add it to your booking to allocate time during your appointment.

Pedicure Services

Due to hygiene concerns, gel polish is not offered for pedicures.

Regular lacquer nail polish is used for pedicures and on healthy toenails.

Bookings & Appointment Reminders

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and require credit card details for booking. 

A non-refundable deposit is required at booking, which will be deducted from the total service charge.

You'll receive an email reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

Client Intake Form/s

A link to the client intake form is included in your appointment reminder and sent 24 hours before your appointment. Please complete it before you arrive at your appointment. This ensures personalized service and prioritizes your safety.

Forms of Payments Accepted

Visa, Master Card, Amex, ApplePay, and Venmo.

No Personal or Business Checks.

Before Your Appointment

To reduce the potential risk of infection, avoid shaving or waxing arms, hands, or legs 24 hours before treatment.

Please refrain from getting a service if you have broken skin or open wounds.​

​

COVID/Flu/RSV

Please reschedule your appointment if you're experiencing heavy coughing, sneezing, a runny nose, or a high fever.

Safety is a priority, and if needed, the service may be terminated to protect everyone's well-being.

​

Health Concerns/Medications/Special Considerations

Clients with medical conditions like high blood pressure, heart issues, pregnancy, or other complications should share this information on the intake form. If anything is missed, remind me at the start of the treatment.
 

For Same-Day/After-Hours/Off-Day (Outside of Regular Business Hours)

Appointments booked on days when I'm usually closed or after regular business hours will include an additional fee to reflect the premium service provided.

A non-refundable deposit is necessary to confirm the booking. Though non-refundable, this deposit will be subtracted from the total service charge.
