Appointment Information

While my business name may allude to it, I'd like to remind you that my treatment services are not intended to treat or cure any disease or infection. Clients experiencing nail problems should seek medical attention from a physician as soon as possible. Early treatment may help prevent the progression of a nail disorder.

For New Clients

For first-time clients, I do not provide acrylic, hard gel, or dip powder services or their removal. Only soft-gel product removal is available. Please come with completely bare nails, free of any nail products or enhancements. If unsure, arrive with bare nails.

Bookings & Appointment Reminders

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and require credit card details for booking. 

A non-refundable deposit is required at booking, which will be deducted from the total service charge.

You'll receive a text message reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

Client Intake Form/s

Before your first appointment, please complete an intake form. This ensures personalized service and prioritizes your safety. Please submit the form before your appointment to address any questions beforehand.

Forms of Payments Accepted

Visa, Master Card, Amex, ApplePay, and Venmo.

No Personal or Business Checks.

Before Your Appointment

Avoid shaving or waxing arms, hands, or legs 24 hours before treatment to reduce infection risk.

Please refrain from getting a treatment service if you have broken skin or open wounds.

Pedicure Services

Gel polish is not offered for pedicures due to hygiene concerns. Only regular lacquer nail polishes are used for pedicures and if the nails are healthy.


Please reschedule your appointment if you're experiencing heavy coughing, sneezing, a runny nose, or a high fever.

Safety is a priority, and if needed, the service may be terminated to protect everyone's well-being.

Health Concerns/Medications/Special Considerations

Clients with medical conditions like high blood pressure, heart issues, pregnancy, or other complications should share this information on the intake form. If anything is missed, remind me at the start of the treatment.

For Same-Day/After-Hours/Off-Day (Outside of Regular Business Hours)

Appointments booked on days when I'm usually closed or after regular business hours will include an additional fee to reflect the premium service provided.

A non-refundable deposit is necessary to confirm the booking. Though non-refundable, this deposit will be subtracted from the total service charge.
